Save the Date: 2017 OCULA Virtual Fall Conference

You are invited to attend the 2017 Ontario College and University Library Association (OCULA) Fall Conference, to be held online Wednesday, November 15, 2017 from 9AM – NOON.

Join us as we explore this year’s theme of “Overcoming Fears”.

Highlights include:

  • Opening Keynote: Anita Boey, PhD Candidate (ABD), Human Resource Management, York University. Boey will explore how we can learn from organizational errors and failures.
  • Lightning Talks: Sharing experiences of facing and overcoming fears in the workplace.
  • A Mini Workshop – a hands on activity for our online participants.
  • Closing Keynote: Hamza Khan, multi-award winning marketer & entrepreneur. Khan will share a simple framework for mastering one’s fears, drawing on personal, professional, and academic experiences.
