Diana Krawczyk
Diana is a mid-career librarian and the manager of Children, Youth and Popular Collections at the Mississauga Central Library. She obtained her MISt from the University of Toronto and took courses in all aspects of librarianship from cataloguing to technology. With a passion for reading advocacy, she was chair of OLA’s Readers’ Advisory Committee and supports professional initiatives that encourage adult readers. Most recently, she organized a panel discussion for OLA’s Superconference about the value of kindness and empathy in library leadership.
