Meg Uttangi Matsos

Meg Uttangi Matsos is a Branch Manager at Hamilton Public Library.  Over the past 10 years she has managed staff teams in small clustered rural libraries, inner-city neighbourhood branches, suburban community locations and at HPL’s busiest Central department. Her interests are in training and coaching library staff for front-line customer service.  She can be reached at muttangi@hpl.ca.
