Sophia Apostol

Sophia Apostol is a Personal and Professional Development Coach. She partners with people who want to live kick a$$ lives and organizations ready to re-imagine the possibilities.  For the past ten years she worked in academic libraries and for vendors.  She has also taught in the MLIS program at the University of Western Ontario.
