OCULA Spring Dinner: CSI at C’est What
Join us for the annual OCULA Spring Dinner: an evening of dinner and conversation with colleagues.
Professor Kevin Bryan (pictured here) is our keynote speaker this year and he looks forward to discussing his thoughts and experiences with forensic science—the real science of criminal investigation (CSI), not just what we see on TV—including issues arising from current cases unfolding around the world.
As a retired police officer, Kevin has 30 years of service with the York Regional Police and spent his last 15 years as a detective in the Forensic Identification Unit. He has worked on over 40 homicide cases and has testified in court on numerous occasions as an expert witness.
Date: Thursday, May 15, 2014
Time: 6:00 p.m. appetizers and cocktails (cash bar)
6:30 p.m. (dinner)
Location: C’est What, 67 Front Street East at Church, Toronto
Cost: $38/person
We invite colleagues from all library sectors to join us for this evening. Non OCULA members are also welcome!
Registration is limited and closes Monday, May 5, 2014.
