Jennifer La Chapelle

Jennifer La Chapelle has worked in the library field for over 30 years, 29 of them as a public library CEO.  She has smoothed the sails of amalgamation, orchestrated two successful build projects and revisioned her library’s organizational structure.  Jennifer was OPLA President for 2017 and currently sits on the Board of the Federation of Ontario Public Libraries as the CEO representative for the Rural Caucus.
