Jennifer Soutter

Jennifer Soutter graduated in 1992 with an MLIS from Western. Contract, and international work in Special, Government and non-Governmental Libraries, stints in a high school and a State library before moving into an academic setting. Jill-of-all-trades for many years including twelve years managing and troubleshooting e-resources in an academic setting.
